Margaret Smith, Australia's greatest woman player, was a member of the Grace Park A Pennant team in 1959 and 1960

Kerry Melville went on to win the 1977 Australian Open. Margaret Kynaston was Grace Park Club Champion in 1963.

Paul McNamee, Club Champion 1975 and 1976. McNamee was twice Wimbledon doubles champion with Peter McNamara and twice a member of winning Australian Davis Cup teams (at time of publication).

Fifteen year old Pat Cash joined Grace Park from the Heatherdale club in 1980 in order to play a higher grade of pennant.

The VTA conducted pennant for the first time in 1979. Grace Park's winning A team comprised C.Chandler, M. Lemke, T. Stone, J.Brown and P.Dellavedova.
