Procedures

Candidates for membership are required to obtain and submit a nomination form.
This form should be signed by a proposer and seconder, who must be Members of
the Club. The form must also be accompanied by a $25 non-refundable nomination
fee. If later accepted for membership, the nomination fee will be counted as

Successful applicants, upon being notified of their election, have one month to
take up the offer, which is conditional upon payment of the balance of the
entrance fee and the due subscription.
The Club's financial year runs from August 1 to July 31. Subscriptions become
due and payable, in advance, on the 31st of July each year.
