Junior members become Full Playing members upon attaining the age of 18 years (or 21 years if in engaged in full-time study), but are not required to pay a further entrance fee.

  Entrance Procedures

Membership application form can be found here.

Candidates for membership are required to obtain and submit a nomination form. This form should be signed by a proposer and seconder, who must be Members of the Club. The form must also be accompanied by a $25 non-refundable nomination fee.  If later accepted for membership, the nomination fee will be counted as part payment of the full entrance fee, with the balance of the entrance fee being payable on election to membership.

Upon lodgement of an application for membership, the applicant may be placed on a waiting list. Election to membership takes place at meetings of the General Committee and is dependent on the applicant furnishing suitable references. Successful applicants, upon being notified of their election, have one month to take up the offer, which is conditional upon payment of the balance of the entrance fee and the due subscription.

The Club's financial year runs from August 1 to July 31.  Subscriptions become due and payable, in advance, on the 31st of July each year.
